The plants shown in this weeks pictures were grown in air pots of soil, but you can expect even larger results and faster growth when grown in coco fibre or hydroponics. The plants are not fussy or difficult to grow. The preferred grow cycle is 20 hours of light followed by 4 hours of darkness. The plants grow vegetively for the first 25 days or so, and usually start to bloom at around day 25. Use powerful HPS or LED grow lights to maximise the growth rates and the final harvest quantities.
This variety responds very well to intense light conditions especially during the last 5-6 weeks of growth. Some people use side lighting with great effect on this variety.
Remember that the genetics are capable of explosive bud production. The skilled and experienced grower will be rewarded if the nutrient conditions are optimised and if lighting intensity is maximised.

Tips for growing autoflower seeds indoors
The main mistakes, especially from less experienced soil growers, are over-watering the seeds and over-feeding them. Try to get experience of assessing the weight of the plant container when dry and wet, and only water when necessary. Avoid feeding over-concentrated nutrients to your autoflower plants, if seedlings are ‘burnt’ by strong nutrients the final harvest quality and quantity will be affected.
Seedstocker autoflower seeds need little nutrition initially, try starting nutrients at low concentrations and gradually increase.
If you sense that the plants are being over-fed, flush with water, and reduce nutrient concentration in subsequent feeds.
